As far as your car is concerned, nothing.
As far as you are concerned, you are going to be putting Gucci gas in a plain brown wrapper. You will pay an additional 15 to 30 cents per gallon. Your car won't appreciate the "feeling". It will just burn it and you will need more. It won't help power or mileage.
Good Luck and Merry Christmas

Well actually nothing, premium gas is unleaded also, however if your vehicle is supposed to run on premium, then stick to it, if your cars manual states that you are able to run a lower octane then do so. It is not advisable to do the opposite, although the cars ecu [computer] will enable you to run with a lower octane rating than that recommended without engine damage, performance will be down and fuel economy will suffer.---- It reminds me of a question i was once asked,-- will i damage my car if i run the fuel tank on empty? work that one out!!

It is just a waste of money. See what octane your car requires and don't put in anything higher. It will still run but there is no advantage. Put in the lowest octane rating you can find before your engine starts to knock. As far as those at the pump additives go, again no much. Most gas is refined at the same place and delivered at many different brands under many different names.
Again review your owners manual and see what is required for your engine.
Hope this helps!

Well i'll keep it short. The "unleaded only" sticker on you car is to remind you not to put diesel in your car (people have actually done this). You can put pretty much any kind of gas in your car as long is it isn't diesel.

If the engine is made to run on regular fuel the only thing that can happen is you spent an extra 20 cents per gallon and didn't get anything in return.

I put in premium 1 time out of 4 times in to clean engine and to help remove excess water in tank. It won't hurt your engine, if your worried then read owner manual.

As far as i know, it won't damage your motor to put in premium if it takes regular, but it is possible to damage a motor that takes premium if you put regular in it.
