Well, I am not ignorant, but as far as I know 1 +1 = 2 OR...if doing binary numbers 1+1 = 10. Now if you are simply going with symbols and saying put a 1 beside a 1, then it would be 11 and if you were speaking romantically or regarding the sacrament of marriage, then 1 +1 would equal 1. I also know what a 6 sided 3 D object is. SeaS

why not? "1" is simply a symbol with an agreed upon value. The only reason that 1+1 normally equals 2 is that we've reached an agreement on what 1 and 2 are.

YES!!! that is not is not ignorantly... is it possible that 1+1=1. some people will ask "how?" I will tell whit 1 example: drop by drop water in 1 glass, and what happen? drop by drop is still 1 big drop...

yea sure...
1x + 1y = 1z
this just means that x+y = z
or...
lets say you have 1 shirt + 1 skirt = 1 outfit
or...
1 apple + 1 orange = 1 good fruit
(but this only works if you dont' like oranges or if you dont like apples...)
or...
1 apple + 1 potato = 1 fruit
1 apple + 1 potato = 1 vegetable
lots of diff ways!!

yeah it is u just have to be very experience in ligics that can prove u that 2+2=5.this is the way to make fool of people.law schools are teaching u all these tricks
