Sure! I've successfully used the bathtub for more cage cleanings than I can count!
Just be absolutely 100% the drain is blocked, and they'll be fine. If you're worried aboutthe cold, you can do what I do and throw in a couple old towels for them to burrow in. But as long as they're not in the tub for more than half an hour or so, it's not likely to get them too cold.

Plug the drain if you do that. Plug it tight and triple check it, lol. And the suggestion of putting a towel on the bottom of the tub is a good idea. Then check and make sure the drain is plugged again, lol.
I think they'll like running around in the tub (with the tightly plugged drain). lol. :)

Make sure they can't get down the drain and put a towel in the bottom of the tub to give them traction. Be prepared to clean poos out of the tub.

They'll go down the drain for sure . I know of someone who put a snake in there while cleaning the cage and he lost the snake . ( I don't know what he was thinking ) Anyway, his dad was taking a bath a day later and guess what , yep , the snake came out and there was one surprised , naked, screaming fellow running out the door . LOL
Put the poor little mieces into a box , ............ Lot's better !

I wouldnt they could escape down the drain. I would put them in a small box or let them play in a ball thing.

Sure you can, as long as you make sure they can not escape through the drain or climb out! Also make sure their is no water or they will drown
