I think it's a matter of personal preference. Which one seems more like "home" to you?
Out of the three, is there one in which you would not feel safe, or would security be an issue?
I am a practical person, so I would consider the climate and heating/cooling costs. I would also be concerned about structure, repairs, etc. if I were going to buy a place. Although the older apartment may be charming, as many are, I'd have someone check out the heating system, plumbing, appliances, roof, exterior, etc.
I'd consider the lawn/landscaping as well. Is there upkeep involved, or a fee paid to an assoication to maintain the lawn?
You might want to consider your neighbors, too. If you are single and young, you may not want to live in a neighborhood with lots of youngsters playing and barking dogs, etc. Conversely, you may not want to live in a senior citizens' community if this doesn't fit your lifestyle.
If you purchase a place, have you checked home insurance coverage prices and taxes?
It's hard to make a decision like this, I know. Just think it through, and choose what's best for you. Good luck.

I would buy the 3rd apartment, because if you ever have to move due to job transfers or whatever, it will be easier to sell; most people prefer a newer home.
However, if you plan on staying in that place for the rest of your life or somthing, then the first one would work really well, unless you don't like smaller and older homes. But remember, if something breaks or stops working, you have to pay for it, so make sure everything is working properly before you buy it.
The 2nd apartment would be best for you if you would really enjoy a view. As the previous answerer said before, it's nice to get a little exercise too, but it really depends on your body condition.
As you can see, it all depends on what you like and how long plan on staying there.
Good luck!
Melodie.

Go with the 25 min walk distance one. You'll get tired of being cramped up; you'll love the view and a 25 minute walk is what, 10 minutes by bicycle? The gov't will be raising gas prices to screw people out of mobility so you don't want the one that's too remote. If you're truly "buying" not renting the 2nd choice will gain quickly in value and you'll be able to sell easily for a handsome profit.

I worked in the apartment industry for years.
Pick the newest one if possible. Older ones have too many maintenance related problems. Also consider location as far as the neighborhood it's in, and convenience to stores, entertainment, etc. Try to check out the type of people living there to see if they're the neighbors you want to live around. If the buildings have more than one level, always pick the top floor because its less noisy and you won't be flooded out by neighbors above you if they have a flood. You don't want an overflowed toilet coming down on you, believe me.

of those 3 alternatives the least maintenance may be the Chihuahua. Poodle and Schnauzers want expert grooming and your brushing and brushing in between the groomer. Schnauzer is a Terrier, except you're particularly a company handler all terriers are a handful. they are going to badger you for interest and playtime long after the Chihuahua is cuddled up asleep beside you and the settee. they are going to require multiple walking and burning up their capacity. That takes time. of direction they mellow some with age. Bored canines are adverse. A Poodle is an clever breed that does terrific with very attentive vendors who will take them out of the abode commonly to assist them beat the boredom blues. they are ordinary to coach to do a good number of tricks which permits them to be mentally challenged. except you are able to commit to walking your dogs and dealing with it on tricks and fetch etc it particularly is a severe maintenance dogs. Bored canines are adverse.
