yes it is,,i own a repair shop,and sometimes flushing one out damages the seals if they are old, this will cause many major leaks on an older ,and even newer vehicle,,good luck,i hope this help,s.

Yes it means they didn't tighten up the clamp on the top radiator hose enough when they took the flush machine off.
Or the flush caused problems with your water pump. When they hook up the machine to your car your car actually does the work. Your water pump is the power behind the flush and is what moves the old fluid out and the new fluid in

Yep. You flush out a lot of areas that haven't seen coolant flow in a while and some of them are pretty corroded.
