It's an automated program that repeatedly posts the same thing as an answer. It's not a real person, just automated spam.

I have no idea. But if I were you I would consider a personal meeting with him. It is most likely none ; if any have met this individual & or ; are threatened by his power. Often times character assinations are started by individuals who are substance abusers and have disfunctional personalities .

He's a pinhead like mr johnson who places spam in answers. If you see his answers or anyone like them, report them immediately. They must be stopped. They're ruining this.
