Emigrate to down under. Live life to the full instead of running in the rat race and just living an existence here. Just think you can go to the beach after work. Definately emigrate.Wish I would have done it years ago.

Neither. If I had to ask that question I'd rent (as I do now) until I was sure of what I really wanted. Both are drastic decisions that should not be taken lightly.
