First, ignore 'Pangolin' - there'll always be people like THAT around - treat them like a tampon and dispose of them immediately! As to your problem, if you've got a baby bro or sis, their disposable nappies work the same way as pads. Nice, soft old flannellette fabic folded up (like cloth nappies) is comfy - just watch out they don't bulge thru your clothes!

Make use of tissue, paper towels, etc. Or do what women did before pads were available .They used the no longer usable clothes and towels etc, and cut rags from them. Hence the term,"I'm on the rag". They would wash them and put them away each month. But you could just throw away, since this is a temporary situation. If you can find a dollar or two of change, most dollar stores carry somethings for very cheap! Good Luck, wish I could help ya

I know it sound cheap but if you're out in a public place then go into the toilets and ask a woman in there. I know i wouldn't mind being asked by someone in need! But if you just don't have the money in general then maybe ask a family member/friend if you can borrow some and replace them later or money to buy them

If you have no other paper products like paper towel, tissue paper, ect you can also use old rags such as old sheets, pillow cases, t- shirts. just fold and use them. You can disregard them afterwards or wash them and reuse them. That is what they did in the OLD DAYS.

Ask a close friend. Or use a lot of toilet paper and some tape. And if you have cotton balls you can take some and wrap it in toilet then tape it.

Steal from your mom, wear a tampon, or make one out of a paper towel or a napkin.
