Is HP Photosmart C3180 a inkjet printer or laser printer?
How many papers normally can be printed with one ink bottle?
How can you recycle the ink bottle for free of charge?
Can you use the tricolor ink bottle to print photos (or you have to use its special ink bottle)?
Thank you.

The PhotoSmart C3180 is an inkjet printer.

For normal printing, this printer gets you about 200 pages at normal coverage. For photo printing, a color cartridge gets about 55 4x6 photos.

HP also has a free recycling program called planet partners (link below). You can click on it to get free return shipping materials to recyle the cartridges.

And yep, you can use the normal tricolor cartridge to print photos but using the photo one gets you better quality. But note though, you will still need to use the color cartridge, not just the photo cartridge. They work in combination - the photo cartridge does not work alone.

No, very very nearly each printer has a power saving mode.. in maximum circumstances this is extra suitable to flow away the printer on because it is going to each now and then cycle to maintain a small quantity on ink flowing and forestall the cartridges from drying out.

All PhotoSmarts are Inkjets.

One color inkcart can do about 100-150 photo prints

Recycle is generally free at any office stores like OfficeMax, OfficeDepot, and Staples.

You can use the regular color cart, but quality would be a bit less than if you use the photo cart.

I have a couple of questions for you:

Did you get a manual with the printer?
Did you read it?
Why haven't you gone to HP's website to research the printer?
