I don't think there's anywhere in the Valley per se, but if you're willing to hop on the 118 freeway out to Moorpark (and get off at Los Angeles Avenue, where the 118 becomes a highway, going west), out between Moorpark and Somis is a place called Holiday Forest, or something like that, and I believe you can cut one down there.

There was a Christmas Tree farm in Sunland a few years ago. I don't know if it still exists.
