I bought a diamond membership at cases ladder and without warning they froze my account. They keep charging my credit card $19.95/month and I cannot even use the account. Since this has occured, I have been contacted by others who are paying for memberships which are also frozen. People who have paid for gold memberships are having their accounts frozen, some lifetime gold members. And when you contact Cases support staff you are verbally attacked if you get a response at all. What rights do we have? What can we do about this?
Cases is very crooked. After I get this resolved they will never get another cent from me!

Call your credit card company and tell them to stop payments immediately. Double check the contract you signed, call your lawyer and sue their ***.

First cancel the credit card and second contact your local Better Business Bureau and ask how you get your money back. They should have answers. Good luck...

Have you read the terms correctly so you know you haven't violeted them in anyway cause u might never know you need to talk to them .. or maby you should tell them that all ppl who been having these problems will get together and sue them ...
