I need a good gift for my parents. I can't drive, nor do I have a credit card, so my options are pretty limited. What should i get?

Make them a little coupon book, either by hand or do graphics on the computer. In the book, you put coupons like "one free back rub" or "one free car wash" and they redeem the coupon to you, then you do the job :)
If you're ever at a restaurant with a friend, you could buy your parents a gift card there.
Also, when you're at the movies, you could pick up a gift card there. I know my parents love the movies but rarely have the opportunity to get out and go see one.

What about making up a handmade card and offering to do some things around the house and yard to help? I am a Parent and I would love to get that for a gift,hope it helps

Make them some coupons for your services: wash the cars, do the laundry, foot rub, bathe the pets, help with the grocery shopping, cook some breakfast, etc.
Make your gifts there are plenty of sites with great craft ideas for little money.
