you mean their location at the time they place a call or where they live?

there's no way to know their current location at the time the call was placed.

you can get a rough idea where they live given the area code they chose. but then again, people tend to move around and keep their old cell numbers, so say if they purchased the phone in the 323 area code, but later moved to the 310 area code, they might still keep the 323 number.

so, the answer is, no.

You can do that if they have their GPS settings on. You can track someone's exact location if they have a Nextel phone.
