It is a violation of her patients privacy!! You should make your presence known by gasping and giggling at all of their juicy comments and try to put your two cents in (I.E. get over it you crybaby your husband left you because you are ugly or your father left your mother and you because you wet the bed!) That should make her patients very uncomfortable and eventually they will request a more appropriate setting for therapy!!!

Whenever you choose to use your balcony and your neighbor is in the middle of a counseling session,Speak downwards to the people and say I am outside today and I feel compelled to tell you that anything you say is no longer in confidence. Your counselors patients will police her themselves, if they know that they are being overheard, they will demand that the session take place where it can be in private. End of problem

Ah, the joys of apartment living!

Let them know you can hear every word. Make comments, interrupt, make yourself an obvious witness. If they say something to you, simply respond to them that having their session on the balcony does not give them the right to privacy!

Water your plants on the balcony until the water spills over! (lol) Seriously, report it to management, play annoying music, like that "Achy breaky" song, and let them know that you're there. Oooh, and maybe burn some popcorn, so they can smell it.

I would turn my music up while they are hold thier session to show her how annoying other noise can be.

If that doesn't work i would complaing to the manager of your apt complex and let them know that is is really annoying

If you've done all you can, I'd say report her. Therapy sessions are, by law, anonymous.

If you start joining in and offering your own advice they will move their sessions.

Maybe you could try to talk to the owner or manager of the place. Try to reason with her and remember always try to be polite

After you report her, open the window & tell each client, they are, knowingly by this 'therapist', being overheard.

actually, if you live in residential aprtments, you're not suppose to to any business in your unit. unless, your neighbor is doing it for free, then you can't make a complain.
