Common slang terms for male prostitutes in the Anglosphere include "escorts", "rentboys", "hustlers", "working boys", "trade", "call boys" and "punks". Slang terms from other regions include: "taxi boys" (Argentina), "jigolos" (Turkey), "Callboys" (Germany), “鸭子”pronounced "ya1zi3" and meaning "duck" in English (Mainland China), and "tapins" (France). The rentboy name is derived either from the fact that the boys were renting themselves out, or that they paid their rent with their earnings. An escort who doesn't identify as gay, but who has sex with male clients, is sometimes called gay for pay or "rough trade". While less frequent male prostitutes offering services to female customers are sometimes known as "giglis" or "gigolos". Gigolo is probably your best bet for western society.

Gigolo--most commonly referring to a man who lives w/ a woman and his primary function in life is to 'do her', also a man who 'dates' multiple rich older women and gets gifts from them (neither usually involves teh direct exchange of cash for sex so I don't know if Prostitute is the proper word)
Himbo-- Contraction of Him, and Bimbo, generally used to refer to a man with a long, rapid series of Girlfriends/lovers(who are unaware of his lack of intentions for anything long term) and or a man with multiple partners who are unaware of the others

You could use gigolo. You could also use lothario, although that is, technically, only a man who seduces women. He doesn't necessarily do it for money. These are some other similar terms: amorist, Casanova, Don Juan, debaucher, seducer.

How about Rent Boy? That may be an English term so I don't know if that term is used elsewhere.
