My nephew wants a new video game for Christmas. Her wanted Scarface but was vetoed by his Mother (my sister). She wants it to at least be a "teen" rated game and not "gang" based. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

As to some answers...Wrong. Halo is rated M, so it's a no go. I don't suggest Bully though. Especially since there is so much controversy around that game. If you want to take a chance then go ahead. If he wants a shooting game then any of the Call of Duty games or Medal Of Honor games. Racing games like Burnout Revenge or Need For Speed Underground are good too. I can't really suggest too many things...Especially since I don't have an X-Box.

There's a lot of great T-rated games for the X-Box.
And since he wanted Scarface, that obviously means he likes shooters. I'd say the TimeSplitters, Call of Duty, or Medal of Honor games, or maybe even 007: Everything or Nothing (if he likes 007.)
