Covergirl All-over face makeup in foundation form
Then any brand powder in your skin tone (can be cheap) to put over the foundation, takes away shininess, just don't layer on too thick or it'll look bad.

Use a powder/foundation in one, and then cover up with a little powder. Only put the foundation where you need it. Otherwise it can throw off you natural colorization, and you might look a little odd. Use a little darker foundation/powder, then use the same tone powder. The founddation will cover the redness a little, and the powder will lighten then foundation.

I know it sounds like alot of make-up, but if you get the right kind, it's almost none. Especially seeing how you only want to put it on your cheeks.

Or you could try putting a little powder on your cheeks, and put make-up on other places of your face, to take the focus off your cheeks. Maybe go a little extra on your lips, or eyes. Instead of the usual shade of red, put a little gloss and liner, to make your lips stand out. Or instead of just the plain eyeshadow and mascara, get an outrageous colour, like orange or blue, and put a little on to the crease of your lid, then a natural brown on the top part of your lid, then put some eyeliner on the bottom part of your eye.

Give yourself something else to focus on when putting on make-up, and other people won't be focused on yor cheeks.

There are some matte concealers out there but they don't work for me. I use the oil-absorbing sheets and they work best. I never thought I was oily but it makes a big difference and I don't look powdery.

i use oil free bobbi brown foundation and sheer translucent powder on top. The powder keeps the shine down.
