I'd recommend right-side up

There is a word for the other method.....

I agree with him as well as on your stomach cause then if you lower your chin too much you can scrape the skin off it and have to get stitches. no fun

never mongo. switch mongo yes, mongo in stance is a big no no.And foot placement...
