A guy descides he can change a very poor uneducated girl, so that she seems all refined. He succeeds, but she is still th same person even i she looks, and acts different.

this lady doesn't know how to talk proper english and this older retired teacher takes her in and gives her voice and english lessons and they end up falling in love. i have seen the movie and it is so sweet trust me you should go rent it and watch it
