motorola rzr wont send pix?

when i try to send pix on my phone the screen freezes and locks the phone..i called the company and they tried everything and it didnt work....someone please help me

that's why razrs suck. my manager had the same problem. and the volume sucks on them too. (i was going to get one but changed my mind). i don't think there is anything you can do,unless you want to buy a new phone. or you can get a new one if you have insurance.
