You'll never know where you'll find some one but shouldn't you give the area where he last live. To say he live with so and so when very young doesn't mean any thing to any one unless by chance that person or some one who knows them sees this. By saying where he lived when younger would open up more possibilities since some one might recognize the area then put word out.
