I've reported him tons of times for the same reason: Spamming and advertisement.

I have reported as well. No one but an automated program can answer over 3350 and counting anwers in less than 4 days and be the first on just about every answer.

I've been reporting him and several of his spamming clones all morning.
Speak of the Devil ... I think it's a spambot of some sort, automatically "answering" every question it can with the same spam format.

It won't help. The person (which is probably a bot) will just create a new account and keep going.
