Yeah I have another question today lol.

I was walking to pick up my brother at school and I was at an intersection. There, quickly turning right before the two cars hit (yeah its a miracle how I looked at the last split second). One car was going normally while the other one ran the stop sign. The one that ran the stop sign was a white pickup vs a family sedan. After that, the two were uninjured and the white pickup truck just sped off with a damaged headlight. The lady in the family sedan (now cursing since I could see her like that in her car) went to chase the pickup. I thought of calling 911 but they were gone. What should I have really done? (This scene occured in less that 10 seconds)

There were pieces of glass and the bumper parts in the middle of the intersection.

You should have called the police and given them a description of the truck, that way, they have a witness, and the people in the sedan have reports to make their side of the story more credible. I'm sure others that saw the accident called as well. Because they both took off, the police would have just asked you a few questions on the phone and that's it. It wouldn't have been a big ordeal. The people in the sedan were most likely on the phone with the police, as well, as they were chasing the truck down. But, don't worry about it. Sometimes, when we are a witness to something like that and it all happens so fast, it's like we're a deer caught in the headlights. Then when it's over, all we can think about is "I should have done this or I could have done that" and we re-live it over and over again. I highly doubt the truck got away with the hit and run. Even if the sedan didn't corner him and make him stop, he probably got the plate number.

Call the police and inform them that you witnessed this incident. Depending on the local police station policies, they will ask for your name and number and perhaps a brief description of the incident. In any case, you may be called if the lady in the family sedan or the district attorney needs your statement to sue in civil court or in criminal court for the hit & run violation. Most likely, only a written sworn statement is required from you. But it's also possible you will be called as a witness in court. Good luck.

I would of done nothing if they both left the scene. If you had called you would be putting yourself in a situation. you would be asked questions that you may not be able to answer.
If some one would of stayed , I would wait till emergency arrived if the person involved in the accident called. Just to be sure he/she was okay. I would state what I know and that would be it. I would be allowed to leave after my statement

You did what you did and it can't be redone. Live with your decision as the right one and move on or spend the rest of eternity in doubt. It should be an easy choice.
