This new apartment I moved into is crazy. You can hear every bang from the neighbors. All I heard all morning (starting @ 6:00- and I am NOT a morning person!) is boom boom bang. Doors closing repeatedly, etc. Is there a sound insulation that I can put on my walls? I can't put anything in the walls because I don't own the place.

I think you you are up sh** creek without a paddle. If the apartment managers can't find a way to squelch this obvious annoying noise and not to mention what may be property damage being commited by these people, then you'll have to move. Wait till the water from their bathtub starts wetting your ceiling. Sounds like animals, not people. I had upstairs neighbors like this over 25 yrs ago. I fully understand. Good Luck short of moving away yourself.
