its true i have heard the same thing but when you think about it there is something that's sad or depressing in most Disney films which is probably why Disney films always make me cry,
Bambi - Bambi's mother dies
Lion King - Samba's father dies
The Rescuers - The Little girl is kidnapped and held prisoner
Lady & The Tramp - shows cruely to dogs
Cinderall - shows a young girl used as a slave
Snow White - poisoing apples
phochontas - vilonce & raciasm from white people towards indin savages
The Huchback of Notraed Dame - has too meny to list but some predgdisted to gypsys & disfigged people and they murder his mother

There's a frame in "Who framed Roger Rabbit" where Jessica Rabbit falls, showing that she has no underwear on. And you can see specifics.
Also, the posters for Little Mermaid include some Atlantican architecture that looks a lot like male genetalia.
There are others, but those come to mind.

Suspendor is right. Some of the people who created the toons thought it would be a good joke to add sexual content to some of the cartoons. There is aslo someting in one of the Pocohantas movies that was very sexual but I'm told you can only see it on Laser disc and I don't remember what it was about.

Just watch Hunchback of Notre Dame and pay attention. You get curse words, you get roundabout talking of sex, you get religion that children would not understand, and you get countless murders of Gypsies. Yeah, Hunchback has it all.

In the little mermaid, when she sings 'part of your world', thats horrible longing for somthing so bad, kids would not understand that its wasted on them.
