THis weekend I'm going to a house party of democrats (used to republicans. SHould I start memorizing the following holiday greeting??

"Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, our best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low-stress, non-addictive, gender-neutral celebration of the winter solstice holiday, practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the religious persuasion of your choice, or secular practices of your choice, with respect for the religious/secular persuasion and/or traditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all. We also wish you a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the of the generally accepted calendar year 2007, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures. This message is void where prohibited.

That was so funny. I had not planned to send out Christmas Cards but now I will print that and had it to everyone from the mailman to the Target Cashier. Happy Celebrations and Stuff. Oh the heck with it Merry Christmas to all.

If you think they'll find it funny, sure! However I think it'd be better to put it on a greeting card instead of memorizing it.

I think it's pretty funny, lol.

nah, how about
'season's greetings'
"Hey hows you're december going? hope it's happy!"

but then again if they are your friends you should know what holiday they celebrate.
