I am in a giving frame, but at the same time in a getting frame. This happens every year, but once I get my gift and realize that many people did not get anything or that they spend a sad x-mas, i just start feeling like i don't deserve them and want to give the gifts back.

Iam in a "give something to everyone and still have money for gas a food" survival frame of mind.

I'm in a I can't wait to see my kids faces when they open the presents we've bought them and if I have to go to the mall one more time before Christmas comes somebody is going to get hurt frame of mind.

Definitely giving! I've always loved to give gifts! It's so rewarding when you pick something that someone really likes and you see their reaction to it :) And of course, the most rewarding kind of giving comes from giving to those who have none, so I always like to make charitable donations and do projects like a giving tree or angel tree :)
I'm also excited about giving b/c it's my twins' first Christmas, and they're just barely old enough to at least enjoy the crinkly wrapping paper and toys!! I also did the shopping for my single brothers-in-law for our nieces & nephews, and it'll be so fun to watch their eyes light up when they see their new toys!
