Because we and the surroundings are also rotating along with the Earth. The relative speed between you and the surface is Zero.
If you travel in an A.C compartment you won't feel the movement of the train travelling at an uniform speed. You will feel only the jerks if any similar to the earthquakes.
You will be able to feel the rotation of the Earth only if you leave the atmosphere.

This is because ew are too, too, too, small as compared to the size of the earth. The main reason is that the earth rotates very slowly on its axis. It takes about 24 hrs. to complete one rotation. We are unable to feel it but we can see it in the form of day or night.

Motion implies a moving mass experiences an energy phenomena. If two masses are moving side by side you have motion of two frame of reference moving at the same velocity.Hence relative to each other they are going nowhere.Hence They believe they are standing still. This is called the principle of relativity a theory before Einstein. The only time you would feel yourself moving is when you have an abrupt change in acceleration. Its true the earth continually changes acceleration relative to the Sun. However the change are very slow and so small that we do not notice the difference. Spin of the Earth has not been scientifically explained. May be the Big Bang theory may have Explanation why things spin.

An object in motion will remain in motion, or an object at rest will remain at rest unless acted on by an external force. You are at rest on the earth's surface, which is rotating at 1000 mph and are at a point of equilibrium. If the earth suddenly stopped rotating, you, and all the buildings, and the ocean would be sweeping across the earth's surface at 1000 mph.

Einsteins theory of relativity. Technically, our galaxy is traveling at thousands of miles per hour, yet we don't feel a thing. It's because we are not relative to the galaxy. We are not relative to the planet, which itself, along with an orbit and rotation, is traveling at exhuberant speeds through the universe. But we do feel a car go a measely 60 mph. Why? Because the car is relative to our position and place in the universe.
This is, of course, a VERY simplified explenation on the theory of relativity, and didn't even address the general theory of relativity.

Its because you are also moving along with surface of earth. Take the example of a moving car. If there is someone sitting beside you, you dont feel him/her moving. That is because both of you are moving at same speed.
You can feel that car is moving, by looking at things which are not moving along the car, like a tree on the side of road. Similarly you can "feel" that earth is rotating by looking at things which do not rotate along, like Sun.

dats simply becoz we are on the surface of the earth n we rotate with it along with the earth's atmosphere........imagine a point on a spherical body, say a ball.......Now, if u can, try n imagine to be standing on that point n then try n visualize wot wil happen if the ball rotates abt an axis..........its like, see, if 2 trains are moving in the same direction at the same speed and we r in 1 of them, then the other train will appear to be stationary to us.........Speed n displacement are alwayz with reference to observer..........

We are unable to feel because of the gravity pulling us down and the axis moves at a constant rate so it isn't like you will feel this huge spinning every hour.

Because of Gravitational Force we are also moving with earth and our atmosphere and layers are also moving with the rotation of earth so, we cant feel that we also moving.

we dont feel the rotation of the earth because the size and the mass of the earth is toooooo huge and big comparing from us therefore our mass become negligible ...its like a drop of water in an ocean.....
