I had an hours long debate the other night with a good friend. WE argued over weather strippers slept with a lot of men at the club i maintained that most of the girls at the clubs do not as it would put a crimp in their income. She said that indeed they do and often for a little extra money.
Am I in a state of denial or is she way off?

Sleeping With Strippers

2017-01-16 10:40:01 · answer #2 · answered by ? 4 · 0 0

Strippers are a complicated bunch of people.

In my experience as a former "nice guy" customer, some strippers do occasionally sleep with their customers.

First off, there can be prostitution, as others here have commented on.

Also, if a dancer ends up sleeping with one customer once or twice a week, then she "sleeps with her customers." And for a heterosexual or bisexual dancer who encounters hundreds of men a year, it is possible she would find at least one or two men she encounters attractive enough to have sex with.

Also, strippers are notorious for making bad choices. Whether they will make more money having sex or not is kind of irrelevant.

Now, I have to point out that even though dancers COULD have sex with their customers, that in no way means they WILL have sex with a customer. So don't get played.

My gf is an ex-stripper... and that's not atypical. A lot of strippers are lesbians or bi.. but orientation notwithstanding, according to her, almost all of them become extremely turned off by men because of the behavior of the male clientel in the clubs. The fantasy of girls stripping because they like to be naked in front of lots of men is mainly just that: a fantasy. I'm sure there are exceptions. Exhibitionists are out there, as evidenced by Girls Gone Wild dvd's and their countless ripoffs... but there must still be some degree of novelty factor or else these dvd's wouldn't sell, right?

SOME strippers are prostitutes.. so I guess they fall into the "sleeps with their customers" category. But, at least as far as my gf's experience goes, most clubs are under such scrutiny from the law these days that they rarely permit it and girls who get caught doing it usually get shown the door with, perhaps, the benefit of a boot to the rump.

I was a stripper for about 6 months and never slept with the customers, with the other strippers though that's another story

No. Strippers make more money than a prostitute in shorter time (not from experience, I've seen almost every episode of Cops, lol).

I'm not naive, of course there are women in this business that do "extras", but that's usually in cheap strip dumps. If a dancer is caught doing extras, she would be fired, because it puts the club's license in jeopardy.

Strippers who sleep with patrons of the strip club for "a little extra money" are called prostitutes.

I have it on good authority that most strippers do not prostitute themselves. Some do, but they are a minority in the stripping world.

She is way off. Most exotic dancers are either college students or single mothers, and would cringe at the thought of being touched by the horny, disgusting slimeballs that slither into the clubs. Your friend is very narrow minded.

Technically, strippers can't be called strippers if they sleep with their customers. But no, I don't think most do, coz they are just trying to get some cash, and not trying to do anything... naughty.

Some of them do and some of them don't. You are definitely in a state of denial. How would sleeping with a customer (for pay) DECREASE their income?
