Hi guys, have any of you thats on Bt and use BT broadband talk had any problems with calls meant to be free, appearing on your main landline bill? Well I have quite a lot since I signed up in April, I reported it to BT who have refunded the amounts due by altering the next bill. The fault lied with my voyager 2500 router which they replaced after admitting equipment was faulty, which also had other probs. have to inform you that this is the last time BT will refund me, also accused me of using the landline on all or most of the calls Now I have 5 cordless phones connected to my hub, 2 of them are in my front room which is also my bedroom as I cannot get upstairs. So why on earth would I use my landline and be charged when I have phones connected to my hub which I pay to receive free calls? Being told if any further calls appear on my main bill again, then I will no longer receive a refund made me so angry, this is pure sillyness and if I take them to court they wont have a leg to stand on.
What do u guys make of this?
Ps I ran out of typing space on main box..
