About 3 months ago it happened, now it's happening again. My period is 3 weeks late, i also feel my left ovary swollen. I don't think i can be pregnant. What could it be? could it be a cyst? Could this affect my fertility?
Please help....

What I suggest is to go see your doc/gyn to get you checked, this doesn't seem to be normal since you feel your ovary is swollen. There could be a lot of causes for that.

Well, you can get a pregnancy test or see a OB-GYN. It doesn't hurt to see a doctor. Also, it could be that you're under a lot of pressure lately so that your period was late. It happened to me all the time before I started to taking the pills (I get nervous all the time). So, go take a test and see a doctor. If you really are pregnent, then you have to make a decision on whether you want to keep this baby at this point in your life or not. But I'm sure things will turn out fine. Just relax and take a deep breath. ^^

What did you do last time this happened to you?
You need to go to your doc for a check-up. It's difficult to diagnose your symptoms without proper testing.

You need to see the doctor and discuss the possibilities- can be stress - age(if older) or if you are on medicines that can hinder the process of it being regular!

it sound like cyst (i have them) you might want to go to your GYN coz they can coz fertility problems
