I am having trouble removing a couple of bracket hinges from my Frigidaire dryer. The model number is FDE7970EW1, but I can't find the exact schematic for this dryer on-line. Not that the schematic would really tell me how to get these bracket hinges to let loose.

Here is a close shematic...

The bracket hinge is shown on page 2 of the above PDF file. It's labled part "20". They HAVE to come off first in order to open the cabinet. I've obviouisly removed the screw labeled "2". No matter which way I pry on pound on the casing, I can't get these things to let loose. Anyone know the "trick"? It's driving me nuts!

The administration arm could be caught, telling the water valve it extremely is finished, or the line could be iced up up. it won't be air interior the strains, if there became air, it would come out while the valve opened. So the valve is the two not beginning, or the waterline is plugged. once you have been long gone, the valve would have tried to open, even though it is going to possibly under no circumstances fill, so the valve would have burnt out waiting for water.
