Whenever you come across some posting an infected link or one you suspect might be infected you should click the Abuse Report link and report it. You should also send an email to Customer Care and the Yahoo Answers Team about it. Post the URL of the Answers page and any additional explanation. Send the email to:

y_answrs_jane@yahoo.com

y_answrs_katie@yahoo.com

y_answrs_team@yahoo.com

answers-abuse@cc.yahoo-inc.com

This ensures someone at CC or YAT will see it and investigate.

How exactly did you get malware from ******.com? I went there and then ran adaware. It showed nothing remarkable.

Of course, the spambot and the website should die.
