he is Dr Manmohan Singh . a very learned man , who has been the indian finance minister as well . he is the man behind the globalisation in india that started in the year 1992 when he brought the firms like coke in india , as indian economy was in a very dismal shape then . infact he is the prime minister without even becoming a member of the lok sabha , that is he didnt contest in an election and still got the PM seat .
