what colour tights to wear with a white mini skirt,red top and black flat shoes.i have a black pair with dimandon on would that be ok.its my 18th birthday party today with my friends.

White skirt, red top and black shoes? Lovely combo. If you have to wear it rather go with skin colour tights - that way the shoes become part of the floor and not part of the outfit.

Firstly Happy Birthday for today. Secondly, I just don't think that any colour tights would look right with a white skirt. Don't wear any tights, that would look best.

It really depends on what your skin color is. If you have lighter skin, you should wear like a light pink. black would be okay too. if you have darker skin, you should maybe wear magenta or something like wine colored. HAPPY 18th BDAY

yes black would look really good and if you have a pair with diamonds then they'll look great.
if you want to be really brave you could wear purple
