There are things you CAN ignore, and others that you CAN'T ignore. What if the things that you CAN'T ignore are at its best if you IGNORE them. How can you empower yourself to have enough power, forgiving strength and the type of patience to IGNORE the UN-IGNORABLE things around you.

Great question. There is a prayer that means a great deal....
"Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference."
You are not responsible for other's behavior, only yours.

I am just thinking about the same thing.
As it is on Yahoo Q &A, sometimes you come across questions and answers that you can not imagine are good.
Of course sometime It has to do with the way you have been raised, your moral and religious beliefs and so on.
On Yahoo, as people from all kind of back-grounds are able to communicate, what seem to me, a nurse as a very bad approach might be acceptable by people with even less education I have.
I report lately something I thought abusive and very undone because it was a child with a bedwetting problem. Most of the answwerers were infuriated by the so-called father behaviour.
I spoke more gently but you would not believe what that man choose for best answer.
It is possible, that it was a joke, but to me it was nearly sadism.
So, there I did not hesitated to report abuse.
But it was ignored. Now, your first answer is a spam, I received the same hours ago. I am not going to report it as for me it is a waste of time.
What I try to say is that the guide-lines of what can and can't are very difficult to feel here at Yahoo...
But whatever are your principles, maybe it would be good to keep them... if you are trying to communicate however, it is then necessary to do it with respect for the others....
I know, you know that...

It’s not always easy but you’d be surprised (over time) how easy it becomes.

It helps to stay centered. Things like yoga, meditation, prayer, exercise, singing or whatever floats your boat help. But they’re not necessary. If you can focus on the most positive thing that you can think of and understand that the “perfect” outcome exists – life will provide the perfect outcome.

Everyone is different so you’ll decide what works for you. I can tell you that it has helped me in every area in my life.

I’m not certain what you speak of in terms of the Un Ignorable. It may be something you need to look at head on. Itmay not. Regardless, if you focus on the positive, that Un Ignorable thing will somehow become positive or remove itself from your life. At the very least – you may still see it and not be affected by it.

That’s all I got. Hope it helps.

things I can't ignore
are physically in my 'space'
could not stand by and see a child or elderly person in pain, for example

what if...hmmm
wish you gave a more specific instance of
"things you cannot ignore
are at it's best {would be better IF?]
you ignored them...
how to empower yourself ...

well as one who HAS been in survival mode as a child
I can tell you there is a reserve we all have
that WILL enable you to tap into a strength
you never thought you had...

but as an adult
I cannot honestly say I've EVER had to ignore
any UN-ignorable
say, actions of 'others'

when, say you see
illegal
or harmful
behavior
you CAN plan and help a way to stop this behavior
if it is happening in YOUR space
as soon as it is safe to do so...

sorry being vague
would need more specific instances
to be more precise

nicely, for one, no one's ever heard of him, myself lined and that i'm tremendously up on my politics and politicians. Secondly, a "honest tax" or flat tax is something yet "honest." Please evaluation the diverse articles on the link under from the non-partisan electorate for Tax Justice and you will see in simple terms how plenty a "honest" or "flat" tax might shift the burden onto the poor and center type. If any flesh presser incredibly needs to help the yank tax payers, close tax loop holes that super companies like WalMart make the main, stop letting the Walmarts of the US tell their workers to pass get Medicaid and Medicare instead of offering them with healthcare and shifting the tax burden onto US taxpayers. And end company Welfare! NOW! the US is at present the third LEAST taxed industrialized u . s . a . contained in the international. purely Korea and Mexico are under us and that's some tremendously unhappy enterprise. and finally, enable for taxation on earnings from shares and dividends as traders are slightly taxed if in any respect.

Try to change your focus. They're probably saying something bad about you or you mother, right? So if they say, you're so ugly. Instead of thinking, man I am ugly, I hate being ugly. Think about the other person. They're pretty rude. Too bad for them to be so rude. How did they get so rude? And why would they want to insult you? Are they having a bad day and taking it out on you? Or are they just an asshole? Focus on their problems instead of on yourself.

Remember that is takes effort to be angry. It takes effor to be offended. It takes no energy to ignore things.
Look up the philosophy of Dr. Wayne Dyer. He talks about the power of intention, and his peaceful message will really change your life.
