How about a Ribeye Roast. With a rub made from crushed pepper and cardamom seed, Marinated with soy sauce, vinegar, Garlic powder, and paprika. Roasted covered in an oven, slowly for a couple of hours.

Tuna stakes, prepare them with seasoning that you prepare steak with, tastes like stake ( a way to eat fish when you hate it)

Beef. It cooks the fastest and is the easiest to prepare. Chicken gives me the willies and it's worst when it is undercooked, you can get away with it with beef.
