I've just bought a camera and installed it..restarted entered it into the USB and di the update for windows

but then it comes up could not complete error 39. has anyone any idea at all on how i can fix this. its not the camera as ive already replaced it twice. thanks alot for the help

Un-install then Re-install and try again, if that doesn't work, go to their website and check for updates and if that doesn't work Un-install again and download program from the website. Good Luck...
