The globilazation of society actually feeds off of impoverished nations. When the labor force of one nation begins cutting too deeply into the coffers of profit, globilazation allows the wealthy corporations to tap into a labor market that is much more underdeveloped and therefore cheaper, even after training costs. I personally don't believe that man's nature would facilitate a solution to this issue, considering we are the greediest species on the planet. Each in our own unique way.

Don't quite understand exactly what you're asking. However, I shall try..

The development of most economies depends on poverty, and poverty is a result of it, so it is a vicious circle. That is because we live in a world where those who do good for business can demand to be paid very highly, because the competition is also very highly paid.

Poverty can be solved in theory, because there is more than enough money to go around. But persuading the poeple who have too much that they could do without it would be impossible.
