I think you should do whatever makes you happy. If you like to visit a certain place or you have always wanted to go somewhere do it. Today is your day. Or you can do something that helps someone else. It's always nice to help others that need it and perhaps it will make you feel really good on your birthday.

Go to the local lambergini dealer, and buy one. Pick up a younger woman (assuming you are not married) and have the day of your life. Tomorrow, return the lambergini to the dealer and dump the woman, back to reality! :) Happy birthday!
