I am sure he went to the doctor or dentist regularly or school, did he work, have a library card file income tax have anything with ID and address?

No. You really need to have proof: School registration attendance,
something official. You can get ANYthing notorized. Medical, School district, government agency records of some kind.

They probably want school records, bills in his name, driver's licenses, .... any pieces of documents that have dates on them.
