They are two people. Harvey Keitel is much older, short and American and Liam Neeson is younger, tall, and Irish. Just one thing, they don't look, talk, or even have the same demeanor. Where is the confusion?
Just another note, in a parallel universe, they do have the same parents.

Ah but on saying that( yes they are different people ) I can't help wondering if character swapping might be good in a parallel universe.......go with me on this people...

Harvey Keitel and Liam Neeson are indeed the same person. Have you ever noticed how they never appear in public together. Weird stuff.
