Seems like (to me) before we went to Iraq we had the best intelligence in the world.. After Iraq, we're like 50th on the list. That's a pretty big turnaround for such a short time, don't ya think?

Oh, my bad.. I should've known it was Clinton's fault. When all else fails just blame Clinton I guess.

The CIA had a plan to capture Osama but Rumsfeld wouldn't send troops into Afghanistan to help the CIA unless the CIA handed complete control of the operation over to him, which they did and that was the end of the search for Osama.

After the invasion of Afghanistan, Cheney had Rumsfeld set up an intelligence gathering apparatus within the DOD because the Bush Administration didn't like the information that the CIA was giving them(it didn't support the lies that they wanted to tell).

You can't blame the CIA for this, they were only supplying the evidence Bush and his people wanted. They were after war with Iraq since he took office and the CIA knew what he wanted.

The only one to blame for this is Bush and his crooked administration.

We did have the best Intel until it was Raped by Clinton. The CIA was ordered by Clinton to stop using operatives that are not upstanding citizens. What a joke.

Clinton was such a slacker. He hates it if someone does not like him, so he just became lenient on intelligence and unfortunately lenient with enemies and illegal aliens at the same time.
