Like, make 1 slide go for a certain amount of time and the next slide run for a certain amount of time.please help

Open your PPT file

cl Slide Show button on toolbar
cl Slide Transition
cl “automatically after”
set number of seconds
cl Apply to All


cl “slide show” button on the toolbar
cl “setup the show”
You will get the “Set up Show” dialog box
You will see an option to “loop continuously until ESC”
Set all timings
click o.k.

When finished
cl View
cl Slide Show

You will have to press ESC to stop.

Yes. Click on Slideshow across the top then scroll down to Slide transition. A window will open on the left side of your screen. Near the bottom of the window it says Advance slide. Click on the Automatically After then pick how many seconds you want. If you want the same amount of time for each slide, click apply to all slides or you can make it different for each slide.
