Ok well im 14 and im a straight guy, and i know it. but for some reason outta no where one night i started thinkin "wait what if ur gay" i started thinkin this because i cant keep a relationship for moe then 3 weeks except for one which last 8 months. ive always been in love with girls and i always fall for them. sence i was like 9. and im a worryer. keep that in mind. i have feelings for a girl right now matter a fact. im not attracted to any guys that i know of either. and the thought of experamenting with a guy to find out just makes me sick. am i gay? how do u know if ur truely gay?

Everybody wonders about whether they are gay or straight. Just thinking about it doesn't mean you are gay, it just means you are wondering about it. Even if you experimented with gay sex doesn't mean you are gay. Many people have tried sex with someone of ther own gender and decided that it wasn't for them. At 14, you can't expect to have long term relationships with anyone, so only dating a girl for 3 weeks is also perfectly normal.
Just take life as it comes. If it turns out that you are becoming more attracted to other guys than girls, I guess that would make you gay. If you still are finding girls more attractive than guys, well then you're straight. Just be open to what your body and mind are telling you. You'll figure it all out in time.

You sound like a normal, well adjusted horny teenager. That's a good thing. You don't sound like the typical jock type, either. I mention that because a recent study by a major east coast Ivy League University has found that most teenage boys who are forced into or are over enthusiastic about athletics are usually closet gays, harboring latent homosexual tendencies and have fantasies about their teammates, which feelings often turn to reality through experimentation under the strictest of secrecy agreed upon within the althetic group. These "athletogays" keep their real tendencies a secret from the student body at large for the obvious reasons, and will actually 'date' girls, usually to 'break it off' with same after a very short time for the lamest of reasons. No, you sound normal.

Well, looking back in my case, at 13, I wasn't willing to admit to myself that I was gay- despite the fact that I was totally obsessed with checking out guys and such. It's really a normal part of puberty- you'll settle down some when your hormone levels become regulated. Just stay safe and don't do anything you might regret- and you'll get through puberty just fine, I promise. It also brings me great pride to hear of a 13 year old already comfortable with being gay- if only I were as brave as you at that age :)

if u have feelings for girls than ur not gay the fact that u cant keep a relationship is because things may not work out. if u have no feelings for a guy then ur not gay and u wont be gay so thats something u shouldnt be worrying about.u should be thinking wats ending all the relationships and what u can do to fix that.

At 14 everyone has many questions about their life and their place in the world. There are no definative test of being gay or straight. Focus on establishing friendships with both males and females.
You say you are a worrier. If you can, try meditations where you clear your mind. Give your brain a break.

It is normal for someone your age to wonder about it, primarily due to societal pressure. If you are not attracted to the possibilty of having sex with a member of the same sex, you are NOT gay, so stop worrying and realize that the age of 14 it is not abnormal to have short relationships.

From seeing a lot of friends descide, usually either way you aren't totally sure and it's normal, but I don't know how many would admit it much. People that are gay sometimes aren't sure if they aren't straight. Your just at that age. Sorry I know it's not very straight forward, but it takes time. Just relax, and things will be ok.

you're normal. all normal guys at one point in their life had questioned if they were normal or a gay. but this day and age being a queer is so open and even popular in some high schools it tends to be a trend for some. BUT DON'T FALL FOR PEER PRESSURE AND START BEING A QUEER! YOU'RE NOT GAY JUST A NORMAL TEEN GROWING UP, and asking question what if questions.

Why worry about being gay? There's notthing wrong or scary about being gay. Maybe you will realize you're gay in a few years, and you'll live happily ever after with a man instead of a woman.
Don't worry about being gay. You'll be who you're meant to be.
