There is no doubt that torturing and condoning the torture of captured prisoners via extraordinary rendition to secret prisons is a violation of the Geneva Convention. Bush will probably not pay for it, but the next American GI captured will.

to the guy who reported 'bypass decrease back for your mosque' you're basically a small minded fool. In repsonse to the question - i imagine your good he should be held up for conflict crimes, and crimes antagonistic to humanity for the conflict in Iraq. For the easy truth is he bamboozled an finished u . s . interior the aftermarth of an attrocity. He made the human beings and the British trust that there replaced right into a link between the 9/11 and Iraq. THERE under no circumstances replaced into. he made anybody trust that Iraq had WOMD THEY under no circumstances DID. he's probably the most threatening guy interior the international with a large number of money in the back of him and no preventing him - he's only a son attempting to finsih what his dad began. It they bypass into Iran then I completely anticipate WW3. the faster he receives out of power the more beneficial - shall we basically desire no one else in that kin fancies a pop at being president

Since people don't understand the Geneva Convention, much less knows what it says, the point is null and void. The have been no war crimes committed and this is just the left wing showing their appreciation for Bush protecting America.

Who cares? What right do the European nations have to trail our government officials? It's not like anything can actually come of it? No one is going to arrest them, put them in jail, or remove them from office. It is a monkey trail that is only going forth to advance the PR war.
PS. I would still hold this opinion if it was a democrate involved. That's the difference between conservatives and liberals. Liberals would give our country up - no matter who is in charge - into the hands of the world. Conservatives are "America first" - no matter who is in charge.

It won't matter. It is just a court of public opinion. There is no way Bush is going to pay for the things he's done.

Personally, I think that's just a political move by the europeans to weaken the US. If they had any real evidence, they would definately implicate the top dog. But being that they didn't/haven't to this point, it's just European politics at it's worse.
