You gotta tell her, you HAVE to, it is in the girlfriend handbook!!! lol...
Look at it this way, if it ws your boyfriend cheating on you wouldn't you want to know?...
Now, there is a way you can tell her w/o having her know it was you, that way you don't get in trouble w/her for not telling her earlier and you don't get in trouble w/your boy friend...
get another email address and send her an email or just a snail mail letter, but you gotta let her know, we can't let guys do this to us, any of us, and for what it is worth, not sure I would trust my boyfriend if he says don't tell. good luck.

How will your friend take it if she finds out you knew all along her boyfriend was cheating on her but you said nothing?
Now, for good measure, let's put the shoe on your boyfriend's other foot, too, and suppose for a moment that it is you cheating on him and his friend who knows about it.
How would the boyfriend feel if his best friend knew that but never told?
I would submit your boyfriend would expect, if they are truly tight and loyal friends, to be told that his girlfriend's been playing him for a fool. You so know it!
My advice is to tell your friend the truth, and tell the boyfriend he would expect the same of his own best friends, and you will give no less to yours. If he cannot understand how worthy that kind of loyalty makes you as a girlfriend and as a friend, then he is unworthy of you.
Alternately if you believe the cheating to be a one night stand type thing, then I would tell the guy that you know about it and that further straying will be grounds for telling your friend he is a no good cheat.

first you need to make sure your guy aint cheating on you! then you need to find out where your loyalty lies, is it with the boyfriend or your friend? Think about how you would feel if the shoe was on the other foot. would you want you friend to tell you or would you rather find out on your own. also ask yourself would you be mad at your friend for not telling you?

Absolutely stay out of other people business. Stay out of it, you hear me? This is between them. If it comes out that you knew and did not tell your friend you could always deny, deny, deny.
And let me explain: this is their situation and it's a horrible one at that. you will end up being the bad guy in this situation. Let your friend find out on her own, it's going to happen sooner or later and they might also break up by themselves.
Be there for her as your friend and offer support and a shoulder to cry on when she does find out. Just make sure you remain as neutral as possible, other people private business should remain their own,
Good Luck
Irene

Although you might feel bad for betraying youre bf , friends should always come first. you should definitely tell youre friend her bf is cheating on her. she has the right to know.and you will save her from feeling even worse if she finds out later. Honesty is the best policy. dont hide the truth from her.

You should tell your friend...put yourself in her situation, wouldn't you like to know if your boyfriend was being dishonest with you?? It might hurt her in the short run to know the truth, but a good friend would tell her the truth.

Talk to the Guy!! Tell him he has put you in a very awkward position and that he should be honest with her!
He doesn't really seem to have any respect for anyone putting you all in such a place where you all have to lie to one another.

I know when it's a friend it is hard to stay out of it, BUT stay out of it!! From experience when you shed light on a relationship that you have no involvement in, you are the one in the end that gets hurt. Lets just say that she forgives him....when she finds out, would you want to be the one they hate because they blame you for trying to break them up?? Stay out of it and just be her friend and lend her the shoulder to cry on when all hell breaks loose. Trust me you will see
