Pretty sure it's Orlando. Kissemee is a region that is located by Disney World. But, Disney World is in Orlando, Florida.

Walt Disney World is technically in located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. I know this for a fact because I am the biggest fan of Walt Disney World, I try to go each summer, and I have Walt Disney World vacation documents in front of me with the address of the Resort I stay at which is located within Walt Disney World.

Be prepared, it is the busiest time of the year at WDW. Go figure, but they really do Christmas right.
Orlando Florida does get a little chilly at night, so don't think it will be a tropical 85 degrees (29 Celsius) in December.
