I've just found out Peter Boyle died this week. That's really sad. I watch Everybody Loves Raymond every morning before I go to work. It's strange how we feel sad about a death of someone we really don't know.

I just checked on Betty White myself. I can't find anywhere saying she's dead. Infact I've just read that she's starting work on something soon!

Steve Irwin shocked me the most. BTW, I believe Betty White is still alive, otherwise please post a link in the source section that says otherwise, thank you.

Rumours of my death on an Italian mountain road were exagerated to aid our escape. Now after I said "Hang on a minute, lads, I've got a great idea. Errr..." we all sat in the cab and tied a rope to the leg of the lightest fella in the bus and slid him down the end to bring the gold back one brick at a time. Took a while but we managed to get a tow of the edge and after we gave Mr Bridger his cut we went our separate ways and now I have a lovely home in London and California and I'm hobnobbing with the big nobs. Thankyou for your concern Brian's mum

I was really shocked and upset when Steve Irwin died, he did so much for conservation and wildlife in general, and he was a genuine decent human being. Rest in Peace Steve.

I think that when a celebrity dies we feel sad because we think we know them. And to a point we do. There are usually pieces of themselves in the characters they play especially actors on television. They play these characters every week and I don't see how there couldn't be a part of them in the character as opposed to a movie actor who only plays the character for months.

I guess this will date me but it had to Elvis. I had a ticket to go to his concert the next night after he died. So sad to lose such a talent.

Betty White. She was so funny. She always looked SO innocent and then the most vulgar stuff could come out of her mouth and it was hilarious!
