i guess u should go for music n noe wat u should do along with sum gud slow music which aint very hard on ur ears n jus sit with a writin pad in ur hand n then let ur brain wander n pay attention to where its goin n what ur thinkin ie analyze ur thoughts n rite all that cums in ur head nethin at all be it gud r bad b it the need to go pee r kill sb r hijack a plane nethin n when u ve had enuff f doing this put on sum really hard song n then read all that u rote n then u noe kindo jus try thinkin why?what?n how ?u rote all that u rote!!it works tell u i do that n if ur stress s coz f sb then make a rough cartoon f that person n mutilate it as much as u want!! as in remove all the anger on that paper. if things rnt betr then u noe darken the room put on soft slow music n aroma candles n jus think y? r call sb n spit it out best f luk!

I have a job where I am constantly stressed & when I leave the office, I can't shake that stressful feeling and I think for me what would work would be relaxing music with aromatherapy. Even just looking at a beautiful tropical scene is relaxing.

I don't know why but everytime I deal with stress I will ended up crying. I don't why but I figure it's the best way 2 express my stress. I find after a long hours of crying I feel really calm and the next morning I totally forget about my problems. and i always find music is the best way 2 deal with stress

I actually like stress heh.
I eat it and sleep it and drink it in every day and work, and then come home and usually set myself another deadline, another project. About 30 minutes before bed time, I stop, read a book, drink a glass of wine and eat some cheese. Then I go to bed and do it all again.

I love to take walks in the evening. Doesn't matter what the weather is like either. It is great exercise and I can be alone with my thoughts.
